This graph shows the weight of sales and promotions in the spending on women's ready-to-wear tops by women aged 13 and older in France from 2008 to 2016. Thus, we can see that the weight of sales and promotions has steadily increased between 2008 and 2014, rising to around 48 percent in 2014, compared to around a third of the spending in 2008. In 2015 and 2016, the weight of sales and promotions stabilized at around 45 percent.
