This statistic represents the main actions carried out by French Internet users in online administrative tasks in 2019. Most of French administrive services users (63 percent) had filled out an online tax return, followed by 59 percent of respondents who had consulted their Ameli account (Ameli is a French online healthcare service provider). Over 40 percent of people consulted their CAF account (a social security fund for families).
