FMCG sales growth in modern trade in Russia H1 2023, by store format

Minimarkets were the fastest-growing sales channel for fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) among modern trade store formats in Russia. In the first six months of 2023, FMCG sales at minimarkets across the country increased by over 21 percent compared to the corresponding period of the previous year. Hypermarkets, on the other hand, saw a decrease in revenue.
