Source note: Evaluation of the surface area by type of actual usage was first conducted by the Official Land Registry Information system ALKIS for December 31, 2016. This system is coordinated by federal state surveying and cadastral authorities. Until December 31, 2015, the Automated Properties Register was used as a source. Following the changes in the data basis for the evaluation, a catalogue of usage types was used, therefore comparisons between earlier years are only possible in a very limited capacity.
