The implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in e-commerce solutions is growing in activity in France in 2019. The source analyzed the extent to which AI measures are seen as important to reduce storage and shipping costs for online retailers. Almost half of the responding retailers regarded AI as important (46 percent) and 29 percent considered it to be of average importance.
