AI usage importance for sales predictions in e-commerce activities in France in 2019
The graph illustrates how ready e-commerce merchants are in adopting Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions into their businesses in France in 2019, in order to improve their sales predictions. The most important (54 percent) and paramount (36 percent) reason stated by retail professionals was to analyze data to forecast sales and manage stocks. Marked as paramount for 43 percent of people was the improvement of personalized content, followed by a deeper understanding of Internet shoppers, scoring 32 percent in the importance level seen as paramount.
