In 2020, due to the situation caused by the global coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), most car parts manufacturers in Poland feel uncertain about the future, and therefore employees are considering workforce reduction. Every tenth manufacturer is thinking about it. The decision of some depends on the duration of the crisis. Nevertheless, almost every fifth manufacturer does not plan to lay off employees.
