Importance of fish being caught or farmed locally in the U.S. 2019
According to a survey conducted by Ipsos in 2019, around 65 percent of the American respondents stated it was somewhat or very important to them, when buying fish, that the fish was caught or farmed locally. Six percent stated it was not important to them at all.
