Role of radio in respondents' daily life Malaysia 2019
According to a survey conducted in Malaysia in 2019, 74 percent of respondents stated that they listened to the radio to keep them up to date with the news and latest information. For 51 percent of respondents, listening to the radio was their first media activity of the day. In Malaysia, there are a total of 24 private and 44 government-owned radio stations.
