According to data provided by the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA) in a survey of private equity investors and professionals in the DACH region, the vast majority agreed that the COVID-19 situation had an influence on their ongoing acquisition processes. Only 6 percent of respondents agreed with the origianl statement that the coronavirus had little or no influence on their ongoing processes.
