In 2022, around 91 percent of one-year-old children were immunized against hepatitis B in Vietnam. Compared to the previous year, there was a significant increase in the share of children who were immunized against hepatitis B in this age group.

Child immunization rate, hepatitis B is the percentage of children ages 12–23 months who received hepatitis B vaccinations before 12 months or at any time before the survey. A child is considered adequately immunized after three doses.
