According to data provided by the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA) in a survey of private equity investors and professionals in the DACH region, 43 percent of respondents agreed to some degree that they would postpone all acquisitions to see how the COVID-19 situation develops. On the other hand, 37 percent disagreed that they would be postponing acquisitions.
