Italian consumers living in the South and Islands were the most interested in quality labels when it came to food products, a 2020 survey revealed. In fact, 43 percent of consumers living in the two macro-regions paid attention to quality labels, while only 31 percent of individuals living in the north-western part of the country did the same.
