A majority of Indian business respondents did not plan to take any actions to reduce non-personnel costs from the coronavirus (COVID-19) slowdown, based on a survey conducted in mid-March. However, 30 percent said they considered lowering operational costs - including tech infrastructure, office rental space, and spending on marketing and advertising.
