Main reasons against e-payments among respondents in South Korea 2022

According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on e-payment usage in 2022, the top reason South Korean respondents gave for not using e-payment services was that they did not trust such services. The second reason was that they preferred to pay with cash. In the same survey, around 87 percent of respondents had made a transaction using e-payment methods.
