According to a survey conducted by IPSOS in late 2019, water usage was the area where the most consumers had changed their behavior due to concern about climate change, with 41 percent of those surveyed having reduced the amount of water they use in their home. It seems this attitude does not extend into the workplace though - the area that consumers were least likely to change was how often they travel on business, with only eight percent of respondents reducing work travel due to environmental concerns.

Countries surveyed were Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, India, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Peru, Poland, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and the United States. There were around 1,000 respondents from each country.
Participants were aged 18-74 years in the United States, Canada, Malaysia, South Africa, and Turkey.
