According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in India in October 2022, about 87 percent of Indian respondents aged between 35 to 44 years preferred to use PayTM for e-payments. Whereas, 79 percent of respondents aged above 55 years preferred to use PayTM. Google Pay, PhonePe, Amazon Pay and BHIM were some of the other popular e-payment services among Indians.
