According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in India in October 2022, about 86 percent of male respondents preferred to use PayTM service for e-payments. On the other hand, 85 percent of female respondents preferred to use PayTM. Google Pay, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, and BHIM were some of the other popular e-payment services among Indian respondents.
