In the same survey, the majority of e-payment users indicated convenience as a leading reason for making e-payment transactions.

The survey was conducted among 2,206 female and 1,375 male respondents. Other surveyed countries and regions included mainland China, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Vietnam.
