According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight, a large majority of Indian respondents of all age groups used e-payment methods due to its convenience as of October 2022. However, only around 37 percent of respondents aged 55 years and above felt that e-payment methods were more secure than cash payment in the south Asian country.
