In 2023, slow decision implementation, complexity of decision-making process, and decision-making too long were seen as the greatest challenge in making good decisions by 81 percent of surveyed IT decision makers, respectively. Moreover, not having enough good quality data to inform IT decision-making remained a top challenge among according to 80 percent of respondents.
