Impacts of the coronavirus situation on employer companies in Finland 2020
By the end of March 2020, over 90 percent of the Finnish companies anticipated difficulties caused by the COVID-19 outbreak. Over 60 percent of the companies estimated that their financial position and operations were considerably or rather significantly weakened by the impacts of the coronavirus. This was an increase of 20 percent in comparison with the results from two weeks earlier. Only six percent of employer companies did not believe that the impacts would be negative in the second COVID-19 corporate survey.
