Reasons for not using e-payment services India 2022

According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight as of October 2022, over 38 percent of Indian respondents reported to not use any form of e-payment method because they preferred cash. Over 14 percent of respondents in the south Asian country stated that they did not trust e-payment methods and had concerns about their safety.
