According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight , a large majority of Indian respondents had used some form of e-payment method as of October 2022. Around 90 percent of the respondents aged between 35 to 54 years had used e-payment services in the country, while around eight percent of the respondents aged between 16 to 24 years had never heard of or did not know about e-payment services.
