The majority of IT businesses in Norway said that the government initiatives made on March 16, 2020 to help businesses through the coronavirus business conditions had a rather neutral effect of helping their business. 54 percent answered three (on a scale from one to five where one represents a very negative effect and five represents a very positive effect). However, 31 percent said that the government initiatives had a positive effect ranking the effect as a four.
