The majority of Norwegians reported that they trusted the health authorities in the way they handle the new coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, as of March 13, 2020. Over 20 percent of the respondents stated to have very high trust, whereas four percent had very low trust in the authorities.
The number of people infected by COVID-19 in the Nordic countries increased rapidly since the beginning of March 2020.
