Amazon Prime features used by online shoppers in the U.S. 2020

As of June 2020, 67 percent of online shoppers in the United States read customer reviews on the Amazon platform and 61 percent of users signed up for Amazon Prime. According to the results of a consumer survey, one-third of Amazon shoppers purchased a marketplace product from Amazon. Overall, a combined share of 10 percent of shoppers had their orders shipped to an Amazon location or Amazon locker.
