Use of online platforms in order to book medical appointments in France 2019
The objective of this survey was to provide an insight into the proportion of French people scheduling their medical appointments through online platforms. During this survey conducted in 2019, nearly 30 percent of respondents said they regularly book their appointments online. Slightly less than half of them said they never used this method.
