Travelers' choices of information sources in Taiwan 2019, by gender
According to a survey conducted by InsightXplorer about travel behavior in 2019, over 64 percent of the Taiwanese female respondents relied on internet resources when planning their holiday trips. In comparison, around 58 percent of the male respondents said that they had taken the same action. Recommendations from friends and acquaintances were the second major reference source for travel planning.
