Colombian roads have mobilized around nine million vehicles on average during the Easter holidays of the last four years, with figures annually increasing. In 2016, around 8.8 million vehicles were on the road during the Easter week in the country, with this number reaching approximately 9.1 million during the same holiday season in 2019.
In 2020, due to quarantine measures implemented in Colombia as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, traffic during the holiday was limited and and no figures for holiday travel during the period were reported.
