According to a survey conducted in February 2022 in Japan, the majority of small-to-medium-sized business enterprises in Japan reported an increase in monthly sales in January compared to the previous year. At the same time, about 21.7 percent of small-to-medium companies reported a sales decline of 1 to 10 percent in January 2022, compared to the same period in 2021.
