According to the results of a survey in Singapore in July 2019, Domino's customers were the most loyal to their preferred brand, with 36 percent brand exclusivity. On average, 26 percent of the Singaporean respondents were loyal to an individual chain, while the rest prefer to visit multiple fast food chains.

Survey was carried out through observation of visitors in 81 branded QSRs globally, with focus on the follow brands: McDonald's, Burger King, Subway, KFC, and Domino's.
