Government's handling of the coronavirus according to the Dutch public 2020
In November 2020, the measures taken to prevent the further spread of the coronavirus were far from being approved unanimously by the Dutch population. According to this survey, 38 percent of Dutch respondents believed that the government did not take enough measures, whereas 37 respondents stated that the government took adequate measures. To this day, the Netherlands registered 493 thousand confirmed cases for over nine thousand deaths. However, according to one out of five respondents, too many measures were taken by the government.
