Between 2019 and 2020, the share of consumers in Poland who were in favor of modern payments (e.g., use of virtual reality, fingerprints, NFC implants, neuropayments) increased from 18 percent in 2019 to 25 percent in 2020. In 2020, almost half of the respondents were against such solutions.
