In March 2020, it was found that most British people have confidence in the National Health Service (NHS) to respond to a Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. 46 percent of British adults survey had a fair amount of confidence in the ability of the NHS to respond to an outbreak, with a further 18 percent of respondents stating they had a lot of confidence. On the other hand, seven percent of Brits have no confidence at all in the NHS's response to a Coronavirus outbreak.
As of April 1, 2020, the United Kingdom had 29,474 confirmed cases of coronavirus in the country.
