According to a survey conducted in Indonesia in 2019, bank transfer via ATM was the most favorite payment method on the National Online Shopping Day (Hari belanja onlines nasional/Harbolnas). December 12th is known as Harbolnas and is considered to be the largest e-commerce shopping event in Indonesia. This event has been taking place since 2012 and is expected to have an impact on the Indonesian e-commerce penetration in the near future.
