French people's awareness of private banks 2017
This statistic presents French people's knowledge as to the existence of private banks in 2017. The survey highlights the fact that this type of banking institution was known by approximately 80 percent of respondents. Among the sample surveyed, more than 40 percent of respondents were themselves customers of at least one such bank. Overall, more than eight out of ten French people were therefore able to spontaneously name at least one private bank.
