As of 2023, the leading passenger car producer in the Middle Eastern and African region was Iran, with over 1.09 million passenger vehicles produced. In contrast, Algeria produced approximately 2.6 thousand passenger cars that year. All of the represented countries in the region saw an increase in passenger vehicle production over the previous year.
