Social media as main source of news in the Nordics 2019, by gender

Among people in the Nordic countries, women in Finland and Norway most likely use social media as their main news source. A survey from 2019 found that 17 percent of them each used this news medium. It was second and third most popular for Swedish and Danish women. In all Nordic countries, men used social networks as the main news channel the least.
