Chile: reasons for not using sharing economy services 2018
Among Chilean internet users surveyed in October 2018, approximately 25 percent of those who claimed they had not used any sharing economy service stated that they had not done so because the opportunity had not arisen. Moreover, around 19 percent of respondents in Chile said they did not trust gig economy platforms. Recently it was found that ride-hailing solutions were the most popular type of sharing economy service in the South American country.
