MSK conditions in adults who are inactive in the United Kingdom 2024, by country
In 2024, almost 50 percent of individuals in Wales who were classed as inactive were living with a musculoskeletal condition, while only 26 percent of inactive individuals had no conditions. It is recommended that adults in the UK do at least 150 minutes of moderate intensive activity per week, as inactive people are at a greater risk of developing a musculoskeletal condition.
