Dengue cases in Latin America & the Caribbean 2016-2024

From January to April 2024, the number of dengue cases reported in Latin America and the Caribbean had already surpassed 2023 figures, with nearly six million. This is the highest number of dengue infections registered in the region during the period analyzed. By far, this mosquito-borne disease is more prevalent in Brazil than in any other country in Latin America.
