Opinion about amount of money spent on advertising by Delhi government 2020

According to a survey regarding the performance of Delhi Government as of January 2020, over 60 percent of the respondents from India's capital felt that excessive amount of money was spent on advertising in the last five years. However, 27 percent people felt that the money spent by the government on advertising was appropriate.
