Russia: support towards constitutional changes 2020

Among the listed constitutional amendments discussed as of February 2020, the majority of Russians expressed support to adding clauses that obliged the state to provide availability and quality of healthcare and social support to children, as per 97 and 96 percent of survey participants, respectively. Five percent of respondents stated they would rather not support adding to the Constitution the prohibition for state officials to hold citizenship or a residence permit of another country.
