According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in December 2019, approximately 80 percent of respondents aged between 16 to 24 years old had heard of Amazon Echo as a smart speaker brand. By comparison, no respondent in that age group was aware of Samsung Galaxy Home, while between six to 14 percent of respondents among the other age groups knew the brand name.
