In a survey conducted by Rakuten in 2019, around 37.4 percent of respondents in Thailand who were 45 to 54 years old stated that they owned the Samsung Galaxy Home smart speaker. In the same survey, the majority of respondents owning a smart speaker indicated that they wanted a device for the convenience of controlling smart appliances remotely.
