For the majority of Russians in 2020, the Day of the Defender of the Fatherland, celebrated on February 23, considered it the day of all Russian military servants. The perception of this holiday changed over the past 15 years. To compare, in 2005, under 50 percent of respondents perceived it as the day of the establishment of the Red Army.
