In all age categories, the internet had a higher reach through mobile devices in Russia on a monthly average between February and November 2020. Users aged 12 to 24 years recorded the highest mobile internet reach, nearing 96 percent. Across all devices, the population aged 25 to 34 years had the highest internet penetration rate in the country.
