According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight, approximately 22 percent of Taiwanese respondents aged 25 to 34 years old stated that they owned a Xiao Ai smart speaker. In the same survey, the majority of respondents owning a smart speaker indicated that they wanted a device for the convenience of controlling music player remotely.

The survey was conducted among 1,005 female and 863 male respondents. Surveyed countries included China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan and Vietnam.
