Average perceived and actual death rate in China 2019, by death cause

According to a survey among Chinese respondents, the average guessed death rate of cardiovascular diseases like heart diseases in China was 11.4 percent. In contrast, about 41.9 percent of the deaths were caused by such diseases in reality. Among the 32 surveyed countries, China had the fifth highest death rate from cardiovascular diseases.
